Copper Coast currently offers five attractive resort home designs, and several exciting options to make them work for you. However, you are free to bring your own design** to us, and we can certainly provide a quotation to build. You are also free to use your own construction company of choice, but we are certain you will find our prices and service will provide excellent value.
All Copper Coast home designs have several beautiful features:
- Lofts: Bedroom / ensuite, and sitting area overlooking living room
- Kitchens: Granite countertops and islands, solid maple cabinet doors, counter cooktops, and 42” breakfast bars
- Bathrooms: Soaker tubs, oversize showers or tubs/showers.
- Living Rooms: Floor to ceiling Low Emissive (Low E) glass windows for energy efficiency, environmentally friendly electric fireplace.
- Walkout Levels: French patio doors and large windows.
- Flooring: allowance for $5 sq ft for flooring
